The Japanese cuisine is well known in Singapore. Have you eaten the Japanese noodle ‘Soba’ ? I introduce you a famous Soba restaurant Reiwa Soba Honten.

It’s located on the ground floor of HDB facing Bedok Reservoir. We can see the great relaxing view from here.
We went here on Sunday evening and took a walk before having a dinner. Many Singaporean residents enjoyed the exercise!
Reiwa Soba is very clean and its interior makes me feel like I’m in Japan.
The owner serves the meals using healthy ingredients. The original plum soda is very fresh and tasty.
This is Soba, a traditional Japanese noodle. The taste and aroma of buckwheat flour is not found in other countries’ meals.
We can have not only soba but also sushi and Japanese home-cooked food at Reiwa Soba. Especially Sushi is authentic and I recommend you to try to order!
The grilled conger eel is also awesome. The glaze-grilled eel is famous for Singaporean but I also recommend the grilled conger eel as a rare Japanese taste.
Stay safe and have a restfull weekend.
